Hi,
Based on the feedback from Nigel we can go ahead with the RTP payload for TTML Timed Text.

James, please go ahead and submit draft-sandford-payload-rtp-ttml-03 as draft-ietf-payload-rtp-ttml-00

Subject: new call for adoping RTP Payload for TTML Timed Text as payload WG milestone

Hi,
After discussion with W3C TTWG members

This is a second call to adopt RTP Payload for TTML Timed Text as a Payload WG milestone and have https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-sandford-payload-rtp-ttml-03.txt as the initial document.

The maturity level will be standard track and not Informational as currently stated.

This is an RTP payload and as such is in the charter of the WG.

Please let the chairs know if you are OK with this work.

Please respond by March 4th . This will allow submission before IETF104 submission cut-off date which is March 11
