Dear MAP RG, I'm writing to ask if you would be so kind as to review a document that is being considered in the PEARG on safe measurement. By safe, we mean respectful of systems and user privacy. It's a document that was drafted a few years ago based on the helpful guidance that Tor publishes about conducting research on the Tor network.
