That´s all so true. I work for an organization/company owned 
indirect by the state and our only goal is to provide electronic 
infrastructure so there can be widespread use of what the world know as 
Telemedicine. We have so much trouble with IPv4 due to every possible 
reason and how they would react to IPv6...no idea.

Bottom line, our end-users, doctors working with patients everyday only 
care about one singel thing, to be able to communicate with the hospitals 
and other they need in their daily work.
IPv6 are faaaar from ready for those users even tho most of our problems 
with be solved with IPv6. Problems like NAT, double NAT and tripple NAT, 
conflicting IP addresses due to every hospital/county have their own 
network using RFC1918 addresses...
