The working group has completed its adoption call for
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-mirsky-sfc-pmamm/

Due to lack of support, and ongoing discussion, the working group has 
declined to adopt this document.

I do want to take this opportunity to point out to folks that thw roking 
group had agreed that OAM was important, and that we need to work on it. 
  The number of people who are willing to actually do the work (not just 
writing, but reviewing, commenting, participating) is observably low.
Both this and Security need more WG attention.

I hope to see involvement on the email list from the WG on these topics.
