Hi,

	I would be very interested in feedback from this group
on a proposal which I first discussed a year ago and which I 
have summarized in this pdf on how to both stop Phishing, as
well as increase trust on the internet. I think this addresses
a import missing piece of security infrastructure needed on
the web if we are to get back to sanity.
