Here is the table with each vendor column filled in except Spirent ;)

 

Note ALU - the SPB MCID will possibly cause a problem. I know Avaya sends
but ignores on receipt. We send and I believe check on receipt.

 

Probably good if initially we all send  MCID but ignore on receipt, then
refine once we see the rest working.
