Hi everyone, In Montreal, we discussed the fact that the STIR charter [1] is getting a bit out dated and that we should kickoff a rechartering discussion. This is that kickoff. Orie asked us to update the charter with concrete deliverables before diving deeply into anew work (e.g. VESPER use cases and requirements.
