The IESG has received a request from the TCP Maintenance and Minor 
Extensions WG (tcpm) to consider the following document:

The implementation report supporting the advancement to Draft Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the
ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2009-06-18. Exceptionally,
