Just to let people know - Allison wants to move the TRIGTRAN
work forward, in concert with ALIAS. We weren't able to do
much with notifications without more emphasis on security, and
that's what ALIAS is intended to add. The LinkUp work is moving
with the rest of TRIGTRAN for now, so - see you in ALIAS...
