I have also submitted this Internet-Draft to art@ietf for further comments.

A Python implementation for parsing/generating arcp URIs is available at
http://arcp.readthedocs.io/


Would you be able to proceed with the provisional registration of the
arcp URI scheme?

The updated Internet-Draft has some simplifications and clarifications
in the examples and for the mapping to urn:uuid: and ni: URIs.
