Hi Bernard,

Thanks for sharing this.

The proposed schedule raises a question for me. It effectively gives 6
months from forming to shipping a first draft, which gives us one IETF
meeting.

With that in mind, how would you foresee the running code aspect of the
process. Would there be some opportunity to do interop such as at the
Hackathon?

I ask because I have an interest in the proposals but any implementation
activity would be from a standing start.
