Hi,

Thanks for initiating this page, this is really useful. I think it would be
useful to have a page detailing  to someone that has never used git and
that is willing to send comment or propose text to a wg document.
* how do I comment using github
* how do I purpose text.
For that scenario, we may only limit ourselves to the web interface.
