As I am finalizing the latest verison of the ifMib with Keith right
now, I've added your three values to the definition of ifType. The
values, however, are:

       x25ple(37),
       miox25(38), 
       iso88022llc(39)

You might want to consider rewriting your document so that is
only describes the use, etc, of these three values, and points to
the ifMib for their actual definition.
