So, I've been lusting after one of the Lyn Weber EG-1 grinders (
https://lynweber.com/products/eg-1/ ), but I'd only ever seen them
online / YouTube -- and then, while wandering around Funan saw that
PPP has one - I went over to goggle, and the folken there were very
friendly and helpful. They also seem to be very meticulous, and take
their coffee seriously - I was in the mood for something not too
strong, and had a good, but not great Americano -- I suspect that I
should have had an express, they looked and smelt much better...

There are several coffee shops that look good, two on the ground floor just inside the entrance (next to the Dyson store and Vans store) and at least one on the next level up. Today I tried PPP Coffee on level 2, which makes quite a good espresso and looks like they take their coffee very seriously. Worth a visit if you want some good espresso.

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
