I don't know if anyone got any further details on this IPv6 failure at
IETF114.  I guess it's totally Network Manager's failure, triggered by
something happening on the IETF network that is probably correct, but
unexpected.
(I was able to get IPv6 working on the IETF network by manual configuration)

My laptop normally lives on the kitchen table, and so it wasn't until I
reached out from my desktop today that I noticed that it *still* had no
IPv6.  It did have a valid IPv6-LL, without any dadfailed stuff, but no GUA.
A reboot solved it; there was also a new(er) kernel so worth the reboot.

If someone did open a ticket at Ubuntu, please if you could share the number.
