you to be introduced to a variety of experienced IETF attendees — often
working group chairs — who can help you get more involved in your
areas of interest.  To RSVP, please go to your attendee dashboard by using your unique 
confirmation number (https://registration.ietf.org/116/attendee-dashboard/YOURREGISTRATION#/).  
A direct link to your dashboard is also available in your confirmation email. 

Also available in your dashboard is the ability to purchase a social ticket for Thursday evening.
