Fine. But the ietf119 attendees list is not the place for that discussion.

Rob has helpfully pointed you at the IETF docs which explain how venues get chosen and the URL "which provides concrete instructions and suggestions on how to make proposals” about possible venues. These show you how to progress your ideas.

Apologies too for using a meaningful and relevant Subject: header. Perhaps that 1980’s habit will catch on? :-)
