Exactly that is IMO the basic differentiator of 5G – to provide efficiently a service-specific logical network (slice) which fulfills the respective performance requirements – and very often this will result in an either-or: low latency or large data rate or high reliability …

I think Mikael is right. A network that does 1ms handover times for all traffic is going to be way more expensive than one that only does it for 1% of traffic. Why do we want customers to have to pay for that?
