Yep, you got it. In the slide, the ITR would replicate to RLOCs (A,B,C,D) for EID-a but for EID-b the ITR replicates to (B,C,D) because it knows the EID has left A and is in range of B and headed towards C and D. Assumes there is some directionality. But pruning of the replication-list is done locally, with no signaling, to the FIB entry only.
