Dear all:

There was one thing left TBD in rfc 6775 update, it's how we signal that the 6LR router supports EARO per RFC 6775.
I suggest we leverage RFC 7400	LoWPAN Capability Indication Option (6CIO) and add bits to indicate support for EARO, 6LR vs. 6LBR; and Proxy.
For AP ND, it's a little bit less clear, I'd suspect that the bit should be defined in that draft.

Please let me know if you have issues with this;

Take care,

Pascal
