The IESG has approved the following document: - 'ACME Integrations for Device Certificate Enrollment' (draft-ietf-acme-integrations-17.txt) as Proposed Standard This document is the product of the Automated Certificate Management Environment Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Paul Wouters and Roman Danyliw. A URL of this Internet-Draft is: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-acme-integrations/ Technical Summary This document outlines multiple advanced use cases and integrations that ACME facilitates without any modifications or enhancements required to the base ACME specification. The use cases include ACME integration with EST, BRSKI and TEAP. Working Group Summary There was consensus to publish this document. Nothing out of the ordinary. Document Quality The underlying protocols which form the basis of the use cases in this document are mature protocols. Directorate reviews (ARTART and DNSDIR) provided feedback during IETF LC which generalized the mechanism for DNS dynamic updates; and clarified the threat model.
