I believe this erratum should be rejected for two reasons: 1. It is improperly formatted, fully replacing the bullet for the newOrder resource instead of merely inserting a new bullet; and 2. The newAuthz resource is optional. ACME does not necessarily have that resource, so it makes sense to leave it out of the list defining what ACME is at a high level.
