Yes. Here is the extraction in mechanism-neutral form. I kept the
evidence boundary in each vector.

CMN11-C01: concurrent duplicate presentation

Given one valid artifact X bound to recipient R and action instance A,
present X to R 50 times concurrently.

Pass: exactly one presentation reaches the effecting callback. Every
other presentation is replay-refused or answered from a recorded
result, with no second callback.

Measured basis: EMILIA commit 1fe510b, one in-process gate with an
in-memory store. This does not establish cross-process or distributed
atomicity.

CMN11-C02: response loss and retry

Given X bound to R and A, let the first presentation cross the
provider boundary once, lose the response, and record A as
indeterminate. Start a new executor instance over the same reference
backend state and present X again.

Pass: the provider-entry count remains one. The retry does not reach
the callback, and the outcome remains indeterminate rather than
becoming fresh authority.

Measured basis: EMILIA commit 1fe510b, deterministic same-team
scenario. This is not an independent implementation result, a database
linearizability proof, or an exactly-once physical-effect claim.

The two missing negatives should stay separate and show as unmeasured
until someone runs them:

CMN11-N01: while X is still valid, present it to a recipient or for an
action instance other than the one encoded in X. Pass: refusal before
the effecting callback; effect count zero.

CMN11-N02: derive X2 from X1, preserving action instance A. After A
has been performed upstream, present X2 at a later hop. Pass: no
second effect for A.

So C01 and C02 cover the same artifact, recipient, and action
instance. N01 covers intended-use substitution. N02 covers
action-instance continuity across derivation.
