Henri,

You’re right. I checked the published -06 against your note. It
already requires absolute URIs and claims the nonce after structural
and action matching but before native verification. The remaining gap
is Section 2.3: it permits missing, stale, and unverifiable evidence
to share one follow-up-challenge path.

The split should be explicit. Missing means the required artifact is
absent, so a fresh challenge may identify acquisition. Unverifiable
means an artifact was presented but could not be authenticated,
parsed, or verified under the pinned profile, so it must not be
converted into the same acquisition retry. Both refuse the action, but
the repair and retry semantics differ.
