Everyone,

This is the announcement of our first interim meeting -- i.e., a working meeting outside the "big" IETF meetings held three times a year. Please read everything below if you're interested in attending, either in person or remotely.

## In-Person Arrangements

The meeting will be at:

Microsoft België
Brussels National Airport - Passport Building 1K Luchthavenlaan
BE-1930 Zaventem

This is an office building directly next to the terminal building; it has good train connectivity to the city, so you might consider getting a hotel there rather than at the airport.

We will meet from 9:15am until 5:00pm on the 8th and 9th (Tuesday and Wednesday), and from 9:15 until noon on the 10th (Thursday).

Microsoft is kindly providing lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

## Remote Participation Arrangements

Remote participation arrangements will be available before the meeting.

## Agenda

A complete agenda will be available before the meeting.

## Registration Procedure

The facility has limited space and we're not sure how many people will want to attend, so we're introducing a registration procedure.

To attend, request registration using the link below. Both in-person and remote participation are available, but we encourage remote participation for those who don't intend to be actively contributing to the work.

If in-person registrations exceed space, registrants will be asked to consider remote participation if possible. Organisations with multiple registrants may also be asked to reduce in-person participation.

If space is still insufficient, the chairs will remove the most recently-registered attendees, exempting those who in their judgement will substantially contribute. Successful in-person participants will receive confirmation, and non-successful participants will be informed of remote participation options.

Registration requests received before 18 February 2025 will be confirmed by 21 February 2025. Please don't book travel before you receive confirmation from the chair(s).

After 21 February, spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis using registration time as the reference. Both in-person and remote registration will close on 1 April 2025.

The pre-registration link is:

We look forward to seeing you (in person or online) at the meeting,
