[ai-control] Possible AI Preferences Interim: October 2026 (action required)

Everyone,

While we encourage asynchronous discussions and proposals (both on this mailing list and in the repository), it's become clear that this group makes the most progress when active participants meet together in the same place. To facilitate that, we are considering holding one more interim meeting before the end of the year.

Given various conflicts (end of year holidays, the required lead time before IETF in San Francisco), it looks like if we want to do that, it'll need to be in October.

We think we've found a viable meeting location in Europe from 20-22 October; that meets both those timing constraints above and availability constraints for some participants. To help us decide whether the meeting could be viable, please fill out this form as soon as possible:

P.S. We're very aware that not everyone can travel at this pace, and should this meeting eventuate we will (as always) facilitate remote participation, take discussions back to the list, and only make final decisions once all input is considered.
