Dear Anima participants:

The ANIMA signaling design team is starting, the teams charter is on the wiki:
   http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/anima/trac/wiki/Signaling

The initial technical goals of the signaling design team is:

- Validate and update the existing list of requirements (start point as draft-carpenter-anima-gdn-protocol#section-2) against bootstrap and ACP drafts (and optionally against other use case validation drafts). Target date: end May.
- Recommend how the other milestone components of ANIMA (bootstrap, ACP, validation drafts) should use the signaling protocol(s). As a side-effect, critique the proposal on the table (start point as draft-carpenter-anima-gdn-protocol#section-3). Target date: mid June.

One of the goals we would like to achieve is to drive towards adoption of workgroup document for the anima charter milestone of signaling as produced by the design team during/after Prague. So, we would like to know from you anima participants whether the above technical goals are sufficient to support WG adoption for Prague, or what else specific technical goals should be achieved beside the above listed.

Best regards,

Toerless + Sheng
