Actually, this is probably wrong so it's a good idea that we didn't just
insert it!

This uses:

            X509v3 Subject Alternative Name:
                email:rfcSELF+fd739fc23c3440112233445500000000+@acp.example.com

when we are actually settled on otherName.  My code has not been updated for
that.
