Hi,

The technical changes in this version compared to draft-carpenter-anima-gdn-protocol
are:

- protocol renamed to GRASP
- added URL locator type

There is also one open issue added

- security of unsolicited Response multicasts (Section 3.3.5).

At the moment, unsolicited Responses are assumed to be sent and
relayed via link-local multicast, which is insecure. This is not OK!

Our next big job on GRASP is to investigate a CBOR formulation instead
of TLVs. Carsten Bormann is very kindly going to help with that.
