We think that it is valuable to extend the APN framework for the application side. We have some use cases that could benefit from this work, described in this draft https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-liu-rtgwg-mdt-in-high-bdp/. Your review and comments are very welcomed. Thank you!

If there is still time available in the rtgwg, we would like to present our work for 5-10mins.
