	AppleTalk is also a SNAP encapsulated protocol.  There are definitions
	for X.25 (Multiprotocol Interconnect Over X.25 and ISDN in the Packet
	Mode, rfc1356) and Frame Relay (Multiprotocol Interconnect over Frame
	Relay (not sure of the title), rfc1294).  Most everyone is converging 
	on this.
