Concrete outcome: rough consensus (no hums against, many for) for
adopting draft-marocco-alto-problem-statement and
draft-kiesel-alto-reqs, the former to be published soon, the latter to
stay alive for a while.

Intensive discussion about solution proposals, some common ground found.

Initial discussion of discovery mechanisms, to keep in sync with related
work going on in other groups (geopriv, apparea, vcarddav?). Two
contributions in the form of surveys have been presented.

Nick Weaver didn't make it to present the work about edge-caches;
however, he sent the slide (online on the proceedings page) and asked
for feedback from whoever may be interested in the topic.

Narrative minutes to come soon.
