I read this very much from the point of view of would this make sense to
someone with very little knowledge of DNS. I found it an excellent guide to
terminology that was easy to understand with good references. I think it is
ready for publication.

I even learned a few things I had no clue about - thanks.

One random compliant/grumble which I think is out the outside the scope of this
WG to fix:

1) Love the index. But sort of useless without page numbers. I understand this
has been discussed to death but I still don't understand why we can't have page
numbers on the ascii version.
