So uh, these are some of the XDG specs for handling mime types: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/mime-apps-spec/mime-apps-spec-latest.html The problem is... how do you shove an application/ld+json; profile="https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams" into these? Is ActivityPub support doomed on Linux? (This might not be the ideal list for this but it seems the most relevant. At least on the IETF side of things.
