Reviewer: Scott Hollenbeck
Review result: Ready with Nits

I am the assigned ART-ART reviewer for this draft, titled "Nominating Committee
Eligibility". As described in the Abstract, "This document updates RFC8713 by
defining a new set of eligibility criteria from first principles, with
consideration to the increased salience of remote attendance." If approved, the
document will update RFC8713 and obsolete RFC8989. The intended status is "Best
Current Practice".

I found the document easy to read and understand. The text that is intended to
update RFC8713 is clearly identified. I found only two minor issues:

1. Section 2 of the document ("Conventions and Definitions") includes a common
description of BCP 14 key words, but those key words aren't used in the
document. The section, and the normative references it includes, can be removed.

2. Appendix A.2 includes an ASCII-art description of the formula to calculate
the number of combinations to pick exactly N attackers, N <= 6, in Figure 4.
The width of the figure extends beyond the width of the page. If possible, the
figure should be modified to be no more than 73 characters wide.
