Security Considerations
  Some wider issues are discussed in [RFC8576].
  (Specifics: TBD.)

Perhaps RFC8576 has some relevant things, and maybe the wider issues
are enough, but in that case, we need to remove the TBD.

Probably we need at least a statement that this describes meta-data not real
protocols, and each actual protocol will have specific protocol related
security, but that this document probably introduces no new security issues.
