This should be obvious but mail over the last few weeks tells me
it is needed for folks to read draft-ietf-ipngwg-discovery-05.txt
and draft-ietf-addrconf-ipv6-auto-07.txt

In particular to understand the relaxed subnet model andel, the
extended redirect messages, and which set of ND/addrconf services
use multicast and how they use multicast.
