[Atp] Re: Updated Repository and Synchronization Draft

As a follow up on the status of this document, I asked the chairs and they
indicated that the time to move for adoption by the WG will be at the
upcoming meeting at IETF 127, not ahead of time.

That means there is still time to make updates! I have a few clarifications
and copy edits queued up[0], and plan to do at least one more
upload/revision ahead of the meeting. The cutoff date for I-D updates seems
to be 2026-11-02.

I'd like to make progress on the floats question, which falls under this
document. Ideally we can get aligned on a direction for those at the
upcoming meeting.
