[AVT] Refresh of audio levels drafts

Hello, all,

The two audio levels drafts (draft-ivov-avt-slic and draft-lennox-avt-rtp-audio-level-exthdr) have been refreshed in the Internet-Drafts repository.

The only substantive changes are the addition of some open issues following the discussion at the Hiroshima meeting.  Thus, I haven't requested any agenda time in Maastricht to present the work.

However, I believe there was a hum at Hiroshima that this work was interesting to the AVT group, but it got pushed back as RAMS absorbed most of the group's attention.  Now that RAMS is winding down, I'd ask if the group can turn its attention back to this work?

This document defines a mechanism by which packets of Real-Time
Transport Protocol (RTP) audio streams can indicate, in an RTP header
extension, the audio level of the audio sample carried in the RTP
packet.  In large conferences, this can reduce the load on an audio
mixer or other middlebox which wants to forward only a few of the
loudest audio streams, without requiring it to decode and measure
every stream that is received.
