Thanks to the authors and to the AVTCORE WG for this document and for
addressing my previous DISCUSS (documented at:
https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/avt/nQjGkmpOWPrH3YkrcZY0f_9dLOA/ )

I sincerely think that the current document reflects more accurately the
separation between the IETF and NATA STANAG specifications.
