We revised the CNAME draft. For diff and the full text, refer to:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-avt-rtp-cnames/

There are some minor fixes. In addition, we were also asked to make some clarifications around the uniqueness requirements. Basically, we want uniqueness with a high probability. Collision will not result in RTP functionality failure anyway. We also changed hashing from sha-1 to sha-256 as the former is slowly being obsoleted. More importantly, we extended the security section and made it clear that the goal behind hashing was not security but to achieve a reasonable uniqueness.

We hope these will address the IESG comments. If you have questions, please email.
