The new version of the I-D on the payload format for AC-3, announced
below, addresses the comments received during last call.

-Removed extraneous line from SDP example from section 5.2.
-Changed reference from ATSC A/52A to A/52B in section 9. and added a
sentence clarifying that this payload format is for AC-3, which was
defined in A/52A, but not E-AC-3, which was added in A/52B, to section
4.
