This draft specifies an RTP Payload Format for Elementary Streams  
with MPEG Surround multi-channel audio. It appears to be within the  
scope of our charter, and therefore we propose to accept it as an AVT  
working group draft. If there are any objections to this proposal,  
please comment to the list by 20 June 2008.
