I believe that the consensus of the meeting was to utilize feedback message
205.  This change would increase efficiency as well as to improve the
chances that the draft will be implemented and deployed.  With those
changes, I support adoption.

I do have some concerns about potential deployment, though. The proposal
was found to be only marginally more efficient than the feedback message
defined in
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-holmer-rmcat-transport-wide-cc-extensions
which is available in open source and is in widespread usage.  In one of
his first acts as Apple CEO, Steve Jobs killed a number of projects that
were "different but not better".  This makes me wonder whether the IETF
would not benefit from that level of realism.
