Re: [AVTCORE] draft-ietf-avtcore-multiplex-guidelines references

For both draft-ietf-avtcore-multi-media-rtp-session and draft-ietf-rtcweb-rtp-usage, I see be problem removing the reference to multiplexing guidelines in AUTH48.
