I'm well aware of this draft, and have followed the discussions and 
draft versions of it. Anyway - and along the lines argued by Mo Zanaty 
in another message in this mail thread, we would rather like to use the 
max-fps as specified in H.241 (for H.323 systems) and as described in 
the draft.
