Dear AVTCore Experts, Authors uploaded the revision 03 of EVC RTP payload format. In this revision, we did the following updatse: 1. Thorough proofreading the whole draft, fix most, if not all, grammar, and editorial issues. Thanks, EVC spec editor Roman for providing comments in Section 1. His effort is acknowledged in the ACK section 2. Major update in Section 7 such as adding supported optional SDP parameters, description/definitions, Interpretation table, multicast support, and session descriptions. At this moment, authors believe we nearly completed the draft. Please provide your comments.
