[BEHAVE] TR: I-D Action:draft-zhang-behave-nat64-load-balancing-00.txt

Dear all,

This I-D is the merge of draft-wang-behave-nat64-load-balancer and load-balancing section of draft-xu-behave-stateful-nat-standby.

New sections have been introduced to cover both stateless and stateful NAT64.

Comments and inputs are more than welcome.
