The following draft has just been posted.

It presents an approach whereby the IPv4-to-IPv6 transition period needs
no NAT64s (only NAT44s, plus an address-port-borrowing protocol similar
to that presented by Brian Carpenter in SHANTI).

IMU, it concerns v6ops first, but has a relationship with some of the
concerns of the Behave WG.
