Re: [bess] [Lsvr] I-D Action: draft-ietf-lsvr-bgp-ls-yang-01.txt

This is the first update to the draft after it was adopted as a WG document.

The updates include

- adding a presence statement in-lieu of a separate enabled flag.
- addition of global level statistics 
- shortening of names of some of the nodes
